Environment Protection and Tree Plantation Programs:

a) Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, among other countries in the world, is in grave danger due to high levels of air pollution. Due to air pollution, peoples are suffering from various diseases including hunger, cough, fever, pneumonia, high blood pressure, heart attack. According to the World Health Organization statistics, Bangladesh ranks second in air pollution in the world. The reasons for uncontrolled driving, road maintenance, non-disposal of garbage on time, unplanned urban development, water logging, water pollution etc. To prevent this organization has been working for public awareness and pollution control.

b) Sensitize and distribute leaflets to the general public and all concerned to take other measures including information to the administration to stop illegal brick kilns to prevent environmental problems.

c) Sound pollution is a serious health hazard. In a result peoples loses hearing and heart attack etc. Raising awareness among drivers to make a noise and advising them not to use hydraulic horns, public awareness measures to obey traffic laws.

d) Public awareness and necessary activities are being done to implement safe roads and prevent accidents.

e) To save the environment, the movement to build a green country is being formed by arranging the planting of forest and vegetation trees in schools, colleges and different wastage land. The organization has been distributing free tree saplings to encourage people towards green forestry and is conducting public awareness activities to prevent air pollution in the environment.
