Welcome to the Protection for Legal & Human Rights Foundation — a beacon of hope and justice in an increasingly complex world.
Since our journey began in 2017, our mission has remained unwavering: to uphold human dignity, strengthen the rule of law, and foster a just and equitable society for all. As a registered non-governmental and civil society organization under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, we have dedicated ourselves to both grassroots activism and international advocacy.
Today, our voice echoes far beyond borders. We are proud to hold Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) — a recognition that enables us to actively engage with key UN bodies, including the Human Rights Council, General Assembly, and subsidiary bodies, in line with ECOSOC regulation 1996/31.
Our presence is global:
-
With permanent and temporary representatives based at the UN Headquarters in New York, United States
-
The UN Office in Geneva, Switzerland, and
-
The UN Office in Vienna, Austria
We participate in critical dialogues shaping international human rights and development policy. But our strength lies not just in our status — it lies in our people. From passionate volunteers to experienced legal advocates, our energetic global team is the driving force behind every campaign, every field report, and every success story.
We are not only defenders of human rights, but also champions of social research, anti-corruption efforts, and accountability. Our programs extend into social development, ensuring that justice is not a privilege of the few but a guaranteed right for all.
We invite you to explore this platform — learn about our initiatives, meet our representatives, read our reports, and most importantly, find out how you can get involved.
Because when you stand with us, you stand for justice. You stand for equity. You stand for a world where law protects, not oppresses.
Together, let’s continue the work.
Together, let’s make justice a reality — everywhere.
